Just got back from Anime Central, and what a weekend! Thanks to everyone who came to our panel, stopped by to say hi, or picked up a DVD. It was a blast chatting with all of you!
Also, I wanted to share with you this totally awesome Press Start fan art by the extraordinarily talented Jared von Hindman. You might have seen his work elsewhere on the web, notably the excellent banner art for The Spoony Experiment. Check these out:

These are so cool. Check out Jared’s other stuff at headinjurytheater.com!
Hey gang, I’m off to Anime Central tomorrow (see the post below for more info). But before I go, I had to share this.
While in Anime St. Louis, I had the pleasure of shooting a video for That Guy With the Glasses featuring Doug Walker and Brad Jones as… Disgruntled Mimes!
Hey gang! Just a reminder that I’ll be at Anime Central in Chicago all this weekend with Press Start’s Joshua Stafford (Zack Nimbus), Al Morrison (Lin-Ku), Alex Mitchell (Schizoid Cricket), and Meagan Rachelle (Zippy and other voices)!
And at 10:00 am on Saturday I’ll be hosting a panel on Producing Your Own Web-Based Anime with Press Start Adventures writer/animator Kevin Folliard and Space Ninja writer/animator Alex Mitchell!
I’ll also be in the Artist’s Alley selling DVDs, including a convention-exclusive Press Start Adventures Season 1&2 DVD. So drop by and say hello!
Lastly, Mr. Mitchell will be there offering a VERY limited Space Ninja/RoboGirl comic book, which you won’t want to miss. It’s extremely awesome.
Hope to see you this weekend!
Thanks for the warm response for the first episode of “Deja View”! And since the Platinum Dunes remake of “A Nightmare on Elm Street” was just released, I thought it might be fun to squeeze in the second episode right away and talk about a Bollywood version of the film, “Mahakaal.”
As you might imagine, episodes won’t normally appear daily (or even weekly, yet), but I couldn’t resist this one. As always, I encourage you to leave a comment below and let me know what you think!
My brand new show, “Deja View”, premieres right now! It’s all about remakesploitation — that is, foreign remakes of popular American movies — and in this episode I take a look at the so-called “Bollywood The Matrix”. But as you might expect, not everything is what it seems…
Lemme know what you think!
But wait, there’s more! As a special bonus, episode 2 goes up tomorrow, so check back!
